The short version: Climb Sensei does not collect anything about you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no cookies, and no tracking. Below is the longer version, including the two small places where something does leave your computer, because we would rather tell you than have you find out.
It reads what the game itself makes available while you play, and it shows you advice. That reading stays on your PC. It is not sent to us, and we could not read it if we wanted to.
The app only ever gives advice. It never plays for you, never presses a key or moves your mouse, and never changes anything inside the game.
Your phone connects to your own PC over your own home wi-fi and displays the page your PC is already making. Nothing about your game travels over the internet, and nothing reaches us. The link carries a secret word, so nobody else on your network can open it. If your phone is not on the same wi-fi as your PC, it simply will not connect.
Your settings stay on your device. The rank you pick, the way you sort a list, and light or dark mode are stored by your own browser and never sent to us. Clearing your browser data clears them.
There are no cookies and no analytics. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or any third-party analytics service.
Ordinary server records. Like every website, ours keeps standard access records: the internet address your connection is using, the page requested, and the time. These come from the web server and from Cloudflare, the service that keeps the site up and fast. We use them only to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not use them to build any picture of you, and we never sell or share them. They are kept for no more than 30 days and are then deleted.
Looking up a finished game. If you open the after-game review, the game's identifier is sent to our server, which asks Riot Games for that game's public result and keeps a copy so it does not have to ask again. That identifier refers to a match, not to you, and we do not link it to anything else.
Climb Sensei uses the Riot Games API. What it reads is the public record of games that have already been played — which champion was picked, what was built, and how the game ended. That data is used for one thing only: working out which builds and picks actually win, so the advice you see is measured rather than guessed.
We do not show or store player names anywhere on this site or in the app's champion select screen. We do not sell Riot data, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Climb Sensei is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone, of any age.
We do not sell data. We do not share data with advertisers. We do not have data about you to sell or share in the first place, and that is by design rather than by promise.
Because we hold no account and no profile, there is nothing of yours to export or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, write to us and we will look and tell you honestly what we find, and delete it if it is there. Write to [email protected] and you will get a reply.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we say what changed. We will not quietly widen it.
